Arcy Decene-Beltre

Ms. Decene-Beltre is a real estate accounting and finance professional with experience and strengths in managerial and interpersonal communications, analytical skills, technical expertise, goal setting and meeting objectives in dynamic and fast-paced environments with a focus on continuous process improvements and increased efficiencies  She has over 30 years’ experience in accounting and finance in the public and private commercial real estate industry including Medical Office Buildings, Life Science, Senior Housing, Regional Shopping Malls and Outlets.

Ms. Decene-Beltre graduated from Pace University in New York where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and earned her Certified Public Accounting certification at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in New York.

Prior to joining RR Living, Ms. Decene-Beltre spent 20 years in Healthpeak Properties, Inc, (NYSE: PEAK) a fully integrated real estate investment trust which owns and develops high-quality real estate in the three private-pay healthcare segments of Life Science, Senior Housing and Medical Office with $2 billion in revenues, starting out as Accounting Manager and progressively promoted to Senior Director of Accounting where she lead teams responsible for all aspects of accounting and public reporting of $13 billion in fixed assets and $6 billion of debt, partnership reporting, accounts payable and internal audit.

The balance of her career was spent at a subsidiary of Simon Property Group, (NYSE: SPG) A self-administered REIT that owns, develops, leases and operates Premium Outlet centers, malls and mixed-used destinations and other privately held commercial real estate entities with duties of full charge responsibility of the accounting consolidation, tax preparation and SEC financial reporting functions.

Ms. Decene-Beltre enjoys her family, friends, gardening, travel, reading, and soaking up hot humid days.
