VICE PRESIDENT, SERVICE & FACILITIES

Rene RR Living VP of Service & Facilities. He joined RR Living to build a facilities operating platform that will support the onsite teams with solid structure, policies & procedures, and world-class training. He brings to RR Living 39 years of industry experience in facilities and operations leadership support.

Rene will lead a team that supports Ops in overseeing all aspects of ensuring our assets have a strong plan around preventative maintenance needs, value-add renovation, and capex plans, along with overall daily service & maintenance to provide residents with a wonderful place to call home. He also provides strategic support through his extensive problem solving capabilities, is an inventor, a mentor, and an advocate for the Dream facilities team members, ensuring that they have everything they need to be successful at their individual roles while feeling appreciated for all they do. Rene’s mantra is “happy associates = happy residents!”

Rene loves engaging his teams both remotely and in the field for problem solving and to show our appreciation for their hard work. He knows the power of servant leadership, teamwork and community, and strives daily to provide the best for his team, Dream’s residents, and the company overall. In his free time Rene enjoys road trips with his family, listening to music, and working on his home.
