SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, LEASE-UPS & SALES ACCELERATION

Amy is responsible for the national branding, marketing, and sales initiatives for RR Living, overseeing the Strategic Acceleration, Marketing and Business Generation Departments. She is a real estate, sales, hospitality, marketing, and branding expert with 25+ years of experience, specializing in maximizing revenues, creating operational efficiencies, and providing a wonderful place for residents to call home. Involved from new development pre-con & DD process through the lease-up stage to stability, Amy's vast responsibilities ensure RR Living operates successfully from the time of acquisition through disposition by creating diversified marketing platforms, cutting edge tech and sales techniques, and strategically positioning the communities for optimal investment returns.

As a seasoned multifamily & SFR leader, Amy has served in an executive capacity at multiple management companies, including Korman Communities specializing in corporate furnished housing, as well as Merion Residential to launch their rebrand nationally, and most recently as an integral leader of DLP Capital's real estate management division for 6 years as the SVP of Revenue Acceleration & the Senior Director of Lease-Ups. Amy frequently speaks on industry panels about the importance of creating memorable moments for residents, as the best strategy to improve sentiment, increase retention, and drive qualified traffic is to provide residents with a wonderful place to call home. As an active member of the Multifamily Innovation® Council and a Chief® Member, Amy frequently lends her decades of expertise speaking at multiple commercial & residential real estate associations, such as the Information Management Network®.

Amy is focused on creating a strong foundation of excellence for the success of the RR Living brand with a heavy emphasis on new development projects & value-add assets by maximizing revenue opportunities for the communities, while positively impacting RR Living’s mission of authentically caring about the residents, prospects, investors, and assets.

Amy is a certified Sandler Sales Trainer, and obtained her BA from Saint Joseph’s University and her Master’s of Arts degree from Villanova University, attending Oxford University for her post-graduate studies of literature as well. Amy & her husband are passionate about rescuing special needs and aging dogs, and enjoy their home with them on the St. Johns River in North Florida.
